This page explains the information this public website collects and how it is used. It is written to describe current site behavior, not to make broader legal-compliance claims.
Information you choose to submit
- Email addresses submitted for the CPAO Scorecard or benchmark updates are processed through Kit.
- The Work with us form may collect your name, work email, buyer type, workload or question, an optional economic range, and any context you add. The form is processed through FormSubmit and delivered to the Work with us form.
- If you email the Work with us form directly, your email provider and ours process the message in the normal course of email delivery.
Website analytics and attribution
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage and conversion paths. The site also reads source parameters such as src and UTM tags and stores campaign attribution in browser session storage so a visit can be connected to a later Work with us form submission. The site does not use that session storage as a cross-site advertising profile.
Scorecard data
Values you type into the interactive CPAO Scorecard are calculated in your browser. The scorecard does not submit those working values to AI Economics Lab. The separate email form on that page is a distinct submission.
How submitted information is used
Submitted information is used to deliver requested materials, send benchmark updates you asked for, respond to questions, arrange conversations when useful, qualify whether an engagement is sensible, operate the site, and understand which content creates useful buyer conversations.
Service providers
Current site providers include Google Analytics for site analytics, Kit for email forms and subscriber management, and FormSubmit for the Work with us form. Their own terms and privacy notices govern information they process on their systems.
Retention, unsubscribe, and requests
Email subscribers can use the unsubscribe mechanism in email messages. For access, correction, or deletion questions about information held directly by AI Economics Lab, use the Work with us form on the homepage or email Work with us and state that the request concerns privacy.
Changes
This notice may change as the site, providers, or data practices change. The updated date above identifies the current version.
