These terms govern use of the public AI Economics Lab website, research pages, calculators, and free tools. Paid client work is governed by the separate agreement signed for that engagement.
Research and educational material
Public benchmarks, commentary, calculators, scorecards, and examples are provided for research, educational, and decision-support purposes. They are not a guarantee that a particular model, route, cost, saving, or business outcome will apply to your environment.
Evidence changes
AI models, provider pricing, product behavior, and benchmark methods change. Published work may be updated or corrected under the public corrections policy. Where a page identifies a date, model version, price snapshot, evidence class, or methodology, use that context when interpreting the result.
Acceptable use
You may read, link to, and share public pages and may forward links to unlisted free tools when the tool itself says forwarding is allowed. Do not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass security controls, misrepresent AI Economics Lab research, or present modified results as original findings.
Third-party services
The site links to or uses third-party services including Kit, Google Analytics, and FormSubmit. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.
No client relationship from website use
Using the site or submitting a form does not by itself create a consulting, advisory, fiduciary, or other professional-services relationship. Paid work begins only under an agreed scope and applicable written terms.
Availability
The site and free tools may be changed, corrected, suspended, or removed. AI Economics Lab does not promise uninterrupted availability of public tools or third-party integrations.
